The short version: Straud collects nothing.
Straud runs entirely on your computer. It has no network capability, no account, no licence check and no telemetry.
Your research data, your trial ledger and your reports never leave your machine. We cannot see them, and we could not retrieve them if you asked.
There is nothing to opt out of, because there is nothing collecting.
The site is static. It sets no cookies, runs no analytics, and embeds nothing from third parties — no fonts, no scripts, no trackers.
Your browser's request reaches the host that serves these pages, which like any web server records the request in its logs. We do not use those logs to build a profile of you.
Purchases are handled by our payment provider, who acts as merchant of record. They collect what a sale legally requires — your email address, billing country, and payment details, which we never see.
We receive your email address so we can deliver the download and answer support questions. We use it for nothing else. We do not send marketing, and there is no mailing list to be added to.
We keep the correspondence so we can pick up a conversation later. Ask us to delete it and we will.
Depending on where you live you may have rights to access, correct, export or delete personal data we hold. Since the only such data is an email address and whatever you wrote to us, requests are simple to honour. Write to straud.dev@gmail.com.
