Fixes and improvements to that version are free while it is supported. A major new version may be a paid upgrade — we will say so clearly and never charge you automatically.
Commercial use is included. If you bought for an organisation, the licence covers its employees and contractors doing that organisation's work.
Refundable within 30 days if Straud does not work as documented — it will not run on a platform we support, a documented feature is missing, or it is materially different from what these pages describe.
Not refundable because a verdict was unwelcome. Straud exists to find problems in research, and it frequently finds them. That is the product working.
